It is a powerful day for manifestation and change. We will use the energy of this day to give life to our dreams and set our vibration to attract all that we desire.

Our breath is our life-force and learning to use the breath as a tool to adjust our state of consciousness on demand, is truly a superpower.

In this practice we will prepare our bodies for our journey with light movement and mindfulness.

We will then move into a variety of advanced breathing practices, that when coupled with various sound healing instruments and aromatherapy, will help transport us to a beautiful state of relaxation and mental clarity.
