Join us on South Beach for a morning ritual designed to invigorate your body, mind and soul.
7:00 AM : Sexual Energy Activation w/ Michelle Alva
7:15 AM : Primal Yoga Flow
8:15 AM : Cosmic Breath Activation
8:30 AM : Savasana Sound Healing
We will have Brewing Life Kombucha for all to try. As well as breakfast bites post class.
Bring a yoga mat and water.
Also a bathing suit and towel to jump in the ocean after with us!
